Registered as a Professional Engineering in Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi and Alabama. Over 46 years experience in engineering, contracting and business management.
KAREN R. CRANE - CONTROLLER
Over 15 years experience in job cost accounting and project scheduling in the engineering/construction industry. Over 3 years experience in internal auditing related to ISO Standards and Procedures. Involved in the coordination, implementation, and administration of Safety Programs. Over the years, Ms. Crane has completed several courses related to accounting, small business management, insurance management, and notary public.
BRIAN SHOLLMIER - MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Received Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Arkansas in 1983. Registered as a Professional Engineer in Louisiana, Arkansas and Mississippi with over 22 years experience in Mechanical Engineering.
AUBREY C. BRAND - PLUMBING OPERATIONS MANAGER
Attended Delgado Community College for 3 years studying Architectural Design Engineering. Fourteen (14) years experience in supervision of plumbing renovations and new construction. Holds LA State Master Plumbing license, LA State Journeyman Plumbing license, Medical Gas license, and is a Certified Water Supply Protection Specialist.

Attended Louisiana State University studying geology and construction management for 2 years. Sonny is a Vietnam Veteran and has worked in the plumbing and mechanical industry for over 20 years. Completed courses offered by Ruskin Mfg., American Warming, Metal-Industries, Loren Cook Co., Titus Industries, and Air Balance Industries.

Attended Southeastern Louisiana University for 2 years. Licensed Plumber with over 16 years experience in the building trade and an additional 9 years experience in plumbing and plumbing codes.
ROBERT ROMERO - SERVICE MANAGER
Over 30 years experience in Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration. Factory trained in DDC and pneumatic controls, reciprocating and screw chiller, and various commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
