Saulet Apartments is a 703-unit project on Annunciation Street, the largest multi-family project built in the City of New Orleans in several decades. The sheer scope and fast-track schedule of this project proved to be a real challenge to PMC. Contracted on a design/build basis directly with the developer, this project necessitated a field crew of 30 people for over 18 months to perform HVAC and plumbing installation services.

Across the nation, the defense department has embarked upon an aggressive program to construct military housing on many of its bases. Private developers are being solicited to develop these projects with long-term lease back to the federal government. In Belle Chasse, Louisiana, 525 town homes were to be developed within a very limited time frame and budget, a perfect opportunity for the design/build method of construction. PMC provided HVAC and plumbing services on time and in budget, helping to create an ideal environment for military personnel on this base. In addition, a school was built on base to allow military children to attend class in close proximity to their homes. Belle Chasse Academy is another project where PMC had the privilege of providing full mechanical services.
